Privacy Notice

How inquiry information is used.

Last updated: July 2026

Information we receive

When you send an inquiry, we may receive your name, contact details, company information, product interests and project requirements.

Why we use it

We use this information to respond to your request, recommend products, prepare quotations and follow up on samples or orders. We do not sell inquiry information.

Sharing and retention

Information may be shared internally with staff involved in sales, engineering, production or shipment support. It is retained only as reasonably needed for business communication and record keeping.

Analytics, advertising and privacy choices

With your permission, this website uses Google Analytics 4 to understand page visits and actions such as contact-form completion, WhatsApp clicks, email clicks, catalog downloads and quotation-button clicks. Google Analytics does not receive your name, email address, phone number, company name, message or other inquiry-form contents from us.

We may also use Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API (CAPI) to measure campaign performance and understand whether an advertisement led to a website visit, an engaged visit, a contact action or a confirmed inquiry. Browser events may include the page title or content category, contact channel (WhatsApp or email), an event identifier used for browser/server deduplication, and Meta browser or click identifiers such as _fbp and _fbc. We do not send company name, quantity, customization text or project messages to Meta.

For confirmed inquiries sent through CAPI, email addresses and phone numbers may be normalized and cryptographically hashed before transmission to Meta for matching. Hashing helps protect the original value in transit but does not make the data anonymous. Meta processes information under its own privacy terms.

Google Analytics remains disabled until you accept optional tracking. For UK and EEA visitors, Meta advertising tracking also remains disabled until advertising consent is granted. In other regions where opt-out advertising is permitted, Meta tracking may be enabled unless you reject optional tracking or send a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. A GPC signal always blocks advertising tracking on this site.

You can select “Accept optional tracking” or “Reject optional tracking,” and change your choice at any time with the persistent “Privacy settings” button. Rejecting optional tracking does not prevent you from contacting us or using the website.

Your choices

You may ask us to correct or delete inquiry information by emailing sales@accurates-led.com or messaging WhatsApp / WeChat at +86 134 2406 8840.
